To pay for your order please refer to the itemized invoice you should have received from Blackbox and enter the total including Sales Tax***
***All orders are subjct to NC Sales and Use Tax unless you provide a valid NC Tax Exempt form. Other states’ tax exempt numbers and out of state client exemptions do not apply if the equipment is picked up or delivered in the state of NC
The amount of your invoice reflects the amount due at the time of pickup/delivery. Any additional items or services are subject to separate billing.
Equipment picked up/delivered is not refundable whether it is used or not. Equipment reserved and cancelled less than 24 hours before pickup/delivery is not refundable. All items are tested prior to being sent out, however if an item fails we will refund the rental amount. This does not apply if the equipment fails, is broken or damaged due to user error unless the user is authorized Blackbox Studios crew.
